Exchange Window

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Customised Orders

Products made to a custom size or specification are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they arrive damaged or differ from what was confirmed at the time of order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photograph of the product clearly showing the issue to lakhardotin@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 63765 88368. We will resolve it promptly.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined upon inspection of the returned product. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
